coors light, coors banquet, and keystone light — to be specific

You may have heard that beer sells itself. But really, it’s the beer brand’s social media that sells it.

I worked as a social copywriter at the first-ever Molson Coors in-house social team to run the channels for these brands.
We did lots for every brand in their portfolio. Below is some of the work that I did.

Brand acts and campaigns

Coors Banquet x Cobra Kai social campaign

Cobra Kai has nothing to do with Coors Banquet. But the hit Netflix show’s main character has an iconic obsession with the beer. A new season was dropping on new years, so we did exactly what Coors Banquet would do: we became the unofficial, official beer of Cobra Kai without ever saying the show’s name. And not only because we legally weren’t allowed.

keystone light digital campaign

Perhaps known best for its enticingly low price and taste and outdoor appeal, Keystone Light is a simple beer. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a good, smooth bev that makes hanging with your main squeeze a little more magical. We created a campaign with three bespoke songs.
